I purchased and received delivery of my Samsung Crystal Vision TV yesterday through Flipkart. Immediately after delivery, I got a call from customer care confirming installation, and they said a technician would visit. But no one came.
Today again, I got a call from a technician saying he would come, but still no one arrived. After making more than 100 calls, one person finally answered and spoke very disrespectfully, saying things like, “I am not the technician for your area, my area got changed, ” and kept giving excuses.
Even worse, the same person changes the story within hours — in the afternoon they said, “Yes, our technician has gone to your place, ” but by evening they say something completely different. This looks like Samsung is playing a lying sudoku game with its customers.
Now my question is: who is actually responsible here?
Flipkart, who sold and delivered the TV?
Samsung, who is supposed to handle installation?
The seller, who is supposed to ensure service?
Or the technician/customer care system, which keeps giving false promises?
This system is broken, and customers like me are the ones suffering. My time is wasted, my plans are disrupted, and my new TV is still not installed.
I demand urgent installation of my Samsung Crystal Vision TV and a clear answer on who takes responsibility for this negligence.
