[Resolved] Samsung — samsung defective refrigerator

We have been sold defective product. Our refrigerator have stopped working after 8 months. We have raised complaint to samsung on 27th September 2018. Since then we are without refrigerator. We are paying price for the trust we kept on Samsung. Service Engineer visited our house and informed us that it is due to new technology. Samsung don't want to work on root cause. We are now harassed by follow ups with unsuccessful response. My compalint no. is [protected]. My phone no is [protected].
