Dear sir i have purchased grand 2 on 26 of dec 2014. I had a problem on 31st of Dec that the camera is not working properly and all of sudden the screen fluctuate on and off i went today to samsung service center Door No 6-3-788/43, Ground Floor, Ameerpet, Opposite Chandana Brothers, Durga Nagar Lane, Hyderabad - 500016. the front office people have informed me that they cannot help me in this regards. they are telling me that i would have came in 6 days b from the date of purchase.. and they are not even repairing my mobile. on which i have told them that i will go to consumer forum in which they have replied me that it my choice in a very bad way.. i felt very bad i am a regular purchase samsung range of products. its very bad and rude behaviour of samsung service center.. pls help me in this regards Was this information helpful? | |||
