[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung F62 mobile overheating problem | |||
I have purchased Samsung F62 mobile phone on 27th May 2021 and from the same day i am facing overheating problem .It was ordered through flipkart on 19th may 2021 .I raised the issue on the very next day and requested for the refund for the same since it had no replacement option available. Flipkart considered the issue and after the tech visit I got a message that your return request is rejected. it can't be used without headphone as it is heating so much.I am a regular samsung user.I have been using samsung mobiles since 2012 .so I expect you will consider my grievance as soon as possible. Date of incident:- 10th june 2021.(tech visit) Model number:- SM -E62SF/DS S/N :RZ8R32DK4TK IMEI :350641/03/447156/2 IMEI:351945/21/447156/8 I request you to either replace the phone or avail me refund for the purchase.
