I purchased Samsung TV from Reliance Digital less than a year back dated 11th Sep 2021. The TV started having display issues in just 2-3 months of purchase however issues were getting resolved after few restarts. Interestingly TV is not even powering on at all.
When I filed a complaint with Samsung, they sent an Engineer to replace the hardware which is display panel, but I do not want the hardware to be replaced, either I want my money back or need a new TV as a replacement as this TV had issues since the date of purchase though it was getting resolved after few restarts, when I was thinking about complaining.
The product is faulty but company is ready to replace it within warranty period. Was this information helpful? |
