Samsung — SAMSUNG Fraud - M30s Auto Restart issue due to DEFECT Motherboards ( (Job id : [protected] & [protected])

Dear SAMSUNG Customers,

BIG BAN on SAMSUNG Mobiles as they are using FRAUD CHEAP LOW Quality Motherboards in their recent Mobile Series (M30s, M31... MANY Other series) ... and is confirmed by SAMSUNG Higher Management.

When my Samsung M30s has got Auto restart. Hanging issue right after warranty period (couple of months after 1 yr), their authorise service center puts the blame on me saying, its LCD issue.. You have broken it.
Their Job requests are : [protected] & [protected]
After inspection the repair cost for replacing Motherboard is 11, 000rs (inclusive GST), where as the total Mobile cost itself is 12, 500rs. How big cheaters they are?

When i have shown the SAMSUNG official BLOG ( https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-M/%EF%B8%8FAVOID-M-SERIES-PHONES-IN-S...⇄ ), they agreed its because of FAULTY DEFECTIVE Motherboards.

Their customer care is do much of carelessness and arrogant to help on it.
Very pathetic Samsung Service...No Action from Senior Management. No reply to customer emails.

BIG BAN on SAMSUNG PRODUCTS... They started using LOW CHEAP FRAUD motherboards which are programmed to STOP right after WARRANTY
