Respected Sir, Myself Neelam Dudhwala, we had purchased Samsung french door SS Ref: RF60J9090SL, 693ltr refrigerator on 13th June 2021, from Reliance Digital India, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat, vide Tax invoice no. [protected], in that refrigerator there was a problem of non cooling and moisture in fridge, so we complained on Toll free no and video call. Technician visited and confirmed the same and Samsung Co. agreed to replace the same, Moreover, We got replacement on 27th of June but there were dent on leftside outer wall of fridge so we returned it back. Same day I called service centre and they told me that about 15 to 20 days Will take place in process completion. Today I called Samsung Service and they told that another 15 to 20 days will be taken in replacement. Now I want refund of my money at your earliest otherwise I will go to Consumers Form for the difficulties we are facing after purchasing refrigerator worth Rs 1, 18, 000/-.
