[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung fridge door causing lot of problem even after several repairs for more than 3 months | |||
Respected Staff, Bought my Samsung fridge on 8 Nov 2012, Bill No - [protected] Model - Samsung FF Fridge RT 3534 TABBL/TL The problem is with the door not getting closed properly. Due to which the food items are getting spoilt and current and money is getting wasted. From 5th Aug, I have been registering tickets with Samsung call center continuously and the issue is still persisting. The complaint no is - [protected]. The warranty period ended by 7th Nov 2013. After several times callig them for the same issue, the technical comes and repairs but the same problm comes up again in few days or next day. I had called the customer care again in the month of November on 4th and 6th within the warranty period for the same issue. Till now i have called them 5 times and they have not attended my complaint. A service technician named "Rajkumar" came around 6th Nov and repaired the same complaint again. He said that he had changed a washer in the door after which it seemed to have worked fine till that night. But from next day onwards the same issue occurred and also that some plastic and other beading materials started falling from the fridge below. We are highly unsatisfied as the people come and put coconut oil everytime for greasing and also recommended us to do the same regularly. Surprised that there is no proper greasing mechanism in the fridge door and that the same complaint keeps coming again and again for more than 3 months inspite of repeated repairs from 5th August 2013. I am very frustrated now as i am not able to run behind them for the faults. Service Centre has clearly told us to what ever we can and that they wont attend our complaint for free. Even after telling them the seriousness of posting the issue as a Consumer complaint online, they coolly said you can go ahead and try that as well. The fridge door is not closing properly and all the cooling is getting wasted and the items in the fridge are not getting cooled due to which so many times the food items got spoilt and had to be thrown away. Lot of money and current waste. Please take immediate action. Not at all happy with the fridge model and make. Please help us with the replacement of the fridge with damage charges or complete money reimbursement with the damage charges. Thank you very much Respected Staff! Was this information helpful? | |||

The fridge door has been replaced last weekend. The door seems to be fine now.
