Samsung — Samsung fridge not working properly

I had purchased a Samsung fridge Model no. RT33HDJSLALX/TL Sl. No. 030E4PAF501074M of 321 liters capacity on dated 03.07.2014 from M/s Rajasthan Electronics, Banswara. From day one it is giving cooling adjustment problem. After lot of complaint to the dealer and the customer care two times the mechanic came and attended but the problem was not resolved. After lot of follow-up and putting complaint on Samsung consumer complaint portal on dt. 17.09.2014 the sensor was changed and was told that to observe at least one month and if it is not resolved than further action will be taken. We are again and again trying to contact the service center but they are not responding and trying to avoid attending the complaint. At the time of changing it was also told that we will increase 6 months warrantee period and will give in writing but neither the problem has been resolved nor guarantee / warrantee has been extended.They are not being able to identify the actual problem. Here I want to inform you that I am working in Trinetra Cement Ltd. and we use to purchase lot of electronic items for our unit, if the quality of service is not good and prompt how we as a corporate sector will convince to purchase the Samsung brand items. All ready 6 months have passed please take immediate corrective action at your end and inform me. If it is not being resolved amicably, I have no option to go for legal action.
