Dear Sir/Madam,
I am reaching out to express my deep concern regarding a warranty issue with my Samsung Laptop Book 4 Pro 360 (1TB), purchased on June 13, 2024, which is covered under a two-year warranty.
On June 2, 2025, during normal use, I noticed a hairline crack forming on the outer glass without any impact or mishandling. The Samsung technician verified that the device had no dents, scratches, or signs of misuse, documenting the issue for quality team approval. However, despite this assessment, I was informed that Samsung will not cover the repair under warranty and was asked to pay ₹40, 000 for the repair, which is highly disappointing.
As a loyal Samsung customer, having invested ₹600, 000 in Samsung products this year, I expected reliable service and fair support. Similar complaints from other users indicate that this may be a manufacturing issue, not an isolated case. Given the circumstances, I kindly request Samsung to honor the warranty and approve this repair.
I would sincerely appreciate a swift resolution within 24 hours, as this matter is critical to my work. Otherwise, I may have no choice but to escalate through formal consumer channels, media, and legal avenues.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter—I look forward to your response.
