[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung Galaxy Core | |||
Sir, This is to bring to your kind information that i have been an old Samsung delighted customer in Home appliances. But in mobiles, i am the first timer. I have bought my Galaxy Core and within three months my device was getting restarted. Approached Service center and fixed the problem. Don’t know what has been done from their side. Again it the device display problem started where the display would go faded on it’s own. As per the experts suggestion, i have kept the App's minimal and less. Even though the same problem existed. It is pathetic to go to service center again as we need to configure the whole apps, take the backup and there is no surety that the device works as expected. I have posted this in the forums multiple times and i got the feedback as this phone is not scalable to higher version of android and it is a failure phone. So, i humbly request you to please provide a replacement phone with compensation continue supporting it by providing the Jelly bean. Your valued customer. Details will be provided on request.
