This is my very big mistake that in my life I took very wrong decision that I after leaving the best mobile phones I gone with the Samsung Company in Mobile Industry, In January 2022, I purchased the very highest range mobile phone of your company i..e Galaxy Z Fold 3 with great happiness and enthusiasm. But now I am feeling ashamed on first of all on me and then your reputed organization. It was just October while doing my some work on phone I got a single line in the side of the screen then automatically it increases on the screen and in few minutes the black portion reaches upto the half of the screen. It is pertinent to mention here that the phone is neither fall any where nor touch or hit by anything. There is no single mark on the screen or body as well. After seeing that problem immediately I visited your Samsung Service Center located “1st Floor, Mittal Tower, Bhuteshwar Rd, Azad Nagar, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh 281001”.After inspection they almost every customer is facing same problem in this model, but company is not supporting, and we cannot support you otherwise our rating will decrease, If we give you claim our performance will decrease, so we have to deny claim making any excuse, I was thinking all the time that Samsung service centers and customer support are for customers, but it is not so, Samsung does not care about there customer at all. I have spend almost 1.5 lacks INR and feeling like I have been conned by the Samsung company. After that I called to the customer care and they told me that the service center has remarked that your phone is broken your screen is broken that is why your phone will not repair under warranty while if your reputed organization engineers will check the phone there is nothing like that. your service center employees mentioned the lie statement in the record, so that there performance does not decrease. Now you are seeing that how your organization is working on ground level. There target is not to resolve Customer problem and maintain good relationship, but to harass them. Yes you heard correct If someone trust your company and spend 1.5 lacks in your product and service, and gets this type of response he/she will feel harassed and conned. Respected CEO, for this day I have spent all this money.
I am not the only case I have heard from many other Samsung Fold 3 users who are going through the same issue.
This is really disappointing and disgusting how Samsung is working at ground level. Customer cannot visit your service center and cannot call customer support every day.
Hope you will take an appropriate action against your culprit staff who are willing to make this type of bad image of Samsung in the market of your organization or will solve my issue also.
