I purchased Samsung galaxy grand max mobile from snapdeal 12th october 2015 . In specifications it was shown supporting 4g but it doesn't. I was misguided. Please help. Specifications are:

Poor services.i have registered complaint for Tv in July 2016 but still it was not resolved they charged 1395 and taken way my IC .still no response.pls try to understand in ourside without Tv how my children suffering.its spoilling the brand name Samsung.
