I have bought this bought this product on 4 Nov 2020 and with in few days of purchase this phone was not working properly I was facing problems such as no network problem and when I switch that sim to another device the network was available, some times the phone also hangs and I have registered a complaint on their costumer care service they gave me procedure to follow and I have done but I am still facing the problem now and I have also visited their service centre and they want to open the phone parts which and I don't want it to happen with my new phone and I just wanted to exchange this phone with samsung galaxy m51 and I want exact Rs12000 value of my current phone.
