I purchased Samsung Galaxy M 21 in 14 july 2020. This phone was working fine till Dec 2021 but after Software update it's keep freezing and restarting.
i reset my device but problem still exsit. I check samsung member app. There are several complain about this issue. Then I check Many social platform so many Samsung User facing same problem in Samsung M series Phone. I report my concern in Samsung India portal in starting of Jan. Then i get a call from samsung, they told me to submit my phone in samsung service center. i did not have another mobile phone that time so i didn't submit. After arranging another mobile I submit my mobile in Samsung Service center with Bill No : [protected] in 31 Jan 2022 and submit my concern again in Samsung India portal. They were demanding 5500 rupees for motherboard replacement. I explain my issue, this problem generate after software update so why should i pay. Then after checking my phone, I get so many phone call from samsung. After taking 11 days they were giving me 25% discaunt of their fault. I am a student and don't have enough money that's why i purchased this phone. i faced so many mental and emotional problem because of this issue. Samsung is giving free of cost motherboard replacement to some user, for some user they are giving 25% discount. Mean they are giving different thing to their user for the same problem. I didn't accept their offer. and take my device back from them in 13 Jan. now I want my mobile repair free of cost. Now my mobile is not turning on.
