Hi,
I bought a new Samsung Galaxy m30s phone on Jan 2020. I lost the phone bill but I can share my phone details like IMEI and model number of my phone. After a recent update on the phone it's motherboard has been crashed. It automatically gets restart sometimes the phone remains in the boot window having it's phone logo until it's battery gets completely drain and then after recharge sometimes it gets open. I visited the nearest Samsung service centre ( Prem tower, Shyam nagar, Jaipur). They asked for the motherboard replacement around 8k. This is completely the fault of this company for which we consumers have to pay. It seems like samsung wants to earn from their service center by giving us cheap quality hardwares in their phones so that it only last until their warranty period expires and then we have to pay such a heavy amount to get it replaced. The company should give the free replacement of the motherboard to its consumers. The M-series and A-series of Samsung all have the same issue and the consumers thinking it's their fault of motherboard failure and are not registering any complaints against the company.
Thousands of M-series and A-series users are facing the same issue, and there's not a single word from Samsung other than "Send error report through their Samsung Members app" ! How is someone supposed to do that when the phone keeps restarting and it's already declared a hardware fault caused by an update? Is this what a brand is for? Was this information helpful? |
