HI, I brought new Samsung galaxy S10 plus mobile phone in Jumbo Electronics Dubai.
Invoice No:01020, Date : 22-Apr-19.
At the time of purchase they assure can repair anywhere in India and one year international warranty.
My mobile stopped working from 29.12.2020. the phone was switched off automatically and can't switch on again.
Now I am in Karur, tamilnadu, India due to pandemic issue. so i went to nearby Samsung authorized service center. they refused to repair because of abroad purchase.
I have some questions to ask?
1.Hereafter stop to purchase in abroad while using mobiles in India?.
2.I trust Samsung brand so i decide to spend huge amount . Is it wrong?.
3.The mobile just worked one and half years only from the date of purchase. It is the shortest period ever i purchased in my life. This is my first mobile in Samsung.
4.Past one year i had no job due to COVID-19. i am sitting in my home. I don't have enough money to repair or buy a new one. again i was wrong to decide purchase an Samsung mobile in abroad.
5.Please tell me what i did wrong?.
6.samsung brand has worldwide market. then why they refuse to repair a product brought in abroad. why they are not open repair shop for abroad purchase?.
I never faced this situation in my life i have no job no mobile. Heart broken. My dream purchase in vain. please give me a solution. I don't have any option trust you.
