I Bought #SamsungGalaxyS20FE on 18/07/2021.
I have facing the battery drain and overheating issue from Day One.
With issue I visited Samsung Care as per Care habbit they're software flashing but issue not resolved.
Day after I visit the Samsung Care again they deposit for more inspection after 2days they informed me they are changing the parts and repair my phone.
Band new phone wants repairing it's a big mistake of my and Samsung Galaxy team also.
As per my knowledge if brand new phone has any issue in 14days brand has replacement or refund.
But in my case Samsung force me to Complaint for it.
