I had purchased a Galaxy S20 FE mobile on 25th Sep 2022 from Samsung Shop online. Within 10 days o[censored]se, the mobile stops working. Accordingly, I visited Samsung Service Centre, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai and post all the check up, they acknowledge that the phone is defective. They have provided me a DOA certificate on 8th Oct and as suggested by them I have immediately uploaded the DOA document on Samsung Shop portal for requesting a Return. Also had sent an email to Samsung support.
Till now, there is no concrete action taken by Samsung team on the same. I am not sure whether I will receive a Refund or Replacement of Phone. I already loose a time, my important data, my online Railway pass with that defective phone.
