I purchased Samsung S21 Fe mobile phone on 13-Feb-2022, from Samsung store (Fundamental Electronics Pvt Ltd ) it stopped working within 14 days and today I visit the store and let them know about the phone issue, as per them they are not able to validate whether it has been a manufactured issue or accidental damage, hence they redirected me to Samsung Service center.
I visited there and asked for replacement of my new phone but they are saying as it is not possible to replace, they can only repair the damage part. Since I purchased a high end premium phone and the phone itself as manufacturing defect then why shall I consider to repair the phone instead of replacement. If this issue occur after one month then I never asked for replacement, but it happened within 14 days so I want for replacement.
Never thought buying a premium phone is now like a harassment to me instead of peace of mind.
