I got my smasung s6 6 months back and since the day i got it has been in the only and the most pathetic service center in chennai. They have changed the mother board 5 times and every time they change they assure me the problem is fixed and if it occurs next time you can request for replacement. Now when i ask them for replacement they say its not in their hand and i need to call the customer care. The customer care is even more horrible who keep telling the complain is open we will get back to you. I was told to mail the CEO from the samsung website theyll get back to me immediately. That also didn't work out. It is a shame for an reputed company like samsung to provide such service to their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
