My order I'd is order #[protected]. I bought Samsung galaxy tab S6 lite 7 days ago. Because of lack of performance, I requested company to initiate a return as I wanted to purchase a higher Variant. But, company straight away rejected saying we don't have any return policy even if customer wants to upgrade.
I requested company multiple times, as it's a costly product. And if I had purchased the same from Amazon or an offline store, I could easily return it if I am not happy with product or I want to upgrade to a different model. But, there is no such policy for return in such cases in Samsung online store.
Also, the price of the product has reduced by 3500 within a week of my purchase, so this made me more sad. I requested Samsung multiple times to please understand my situation that I am not happy with the performance of the product and I want to purchase a higher variant. And also since price of the product I purchased dropped within a week of my purchase, this made me even more sad.
I again request Samsung to please understand my case and initiate return. If samsung don't want to refund, they can keep the credit in their app so that I purchase a higher variant by paying the difference amount.
Sometimes, in few products like Books, Amazon has also policy of no return but upon requesting they do consider and help us and initiate a return. Please value your customer and try to understand their concern. I hope Samsung will resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? |
