My friend a resident of Dubai had purchased & gifted a SAMSUNG Galaxy Z Flip last year in October 2020 from Dubai, which as per the dealer had a international warranty of 1year.
Recently i.e. in last week of May 2021 a problem occurred wherein the company fitted plastic coating started coming out from the area where it is folded, I approached your service center in Okhla with the problem and told them that the product was bought last year October from Dubai but to my surprise they told me that as this product is bought from Dubai in that case it doesn't fall in one time screen replacement offer wherein a nominal fees is charged, which is ridiculous, I didn't expect this from a renowned company like Samsung.
If a company like SAMSUNG starts misleading & selling their products with wrong information then people will start loosing trust which I don't think will be acceptable to SAMSUNG.
I really feel dejected, though I am also using Galaxy Z Fold 2 which was bought last December 2020 from India, I am one of the blind follower of Samsung electronic products & for the first time facing this kind of harassment.

Hope my concern would be addressed & resolved soon.
