I received a telephone call from Samsung India and one Mr. Sureshkumar spoke to me in a harsh manner and was trying repeat the same answer given earlier by him.
During my last telephonic conversion with him I have clearly mentioned that while attending calls thru the headset my voice is not audible to the person at the other end.
During today discussion I had asked certain queries to Mr. Sureshkumar and there was a vague reply from him. I have certain queries which I would like get clarifications from samsung.
1. When my headset was in the service centre, did any engineer of samsung physically inspected my headset before taking a decision "not eligible under warranty" if yes can they share the inspection report. If not inspected how can they write emails to me saying this headset can be serviced on chargeable basis. From today discussion I can understand that "chargeable basis" is not to repair headset but to give new headset at a price of Rs.2999.
When my headset was in the service centre, they have not even checked the headset for mic or speaker function. Now today during the discussion Mr. Sureshkumar was adamant and was replying that since the headset is cracked they donot want inspect as the headset cannot be repaired.
How can a company supply such a product at Rs. 2999 without serviceability.
Samsung has not physically inspected the headset and was simply taking decision by seeing the photos sent by me thru mail to them.
Samsung India should be banned from selling the products which are not serviceable.
Mr. Sureshkumar of samsung also stated that he has already discussed the issue before and during today discussion also repeated the same reply. Samsung is not coming forward to at least to inspect the headset physically and was keen on pushing me to buy a new one by paying full amount.
I am totally fed up and mentally disturbed by their calls and every time I have to keep on repeating the same thing to them.
