Samsung — Samsung India issue : fridge is not working and I have lost my bill copy to claim the warranty. | |
I have purchased a fridge on 2015(Saravana Stores Tnagar) and now it's not working and came to know that it's an issue with compressor. I have lost my fridge bill but i have the warranty slip with me. I am trying to get the invoice from Saravana Stores but they are not responding. Now the service engineer is not considering my product under warranty. But my product is covered 10 years warranty. It's mentioned on my fridge - 10 years compressor warranty. Service engineer is also aware that it's within warranty... But he is asking bill copy to work on this request... I can share you the serial no and compressor number etc... Please take this as on priority. During this summer, its very tough to manage without Refridgerator.
