Greetings of the day!
I ordered a refrigerator from Samsung shop app on 8th September, 2022. Unfortunately, the product was damaged. It was returned and I received a confirmation mail on 22nd September, 2022 that the product has been delivered to Samsung India.
Today is 12th October, 2022 and I haven't got my refund. Its more shocking that I got to know from customer support that the refund has not even been initiated till today.
I have been calling and mailing customer support employees day and night but there is no change in the situation. Again and again they tell us to wait for 24-48 hours. Even after waiting, no progress. Customer support employees tell me that I will receive call from backend team member but no one ever calls.
This is highly unacceptable behaviour and Samsung is going to lose a customer because I will never buy a product from Samsung ever again. 20k is not a small amount. Even Samsung will not provide us with a product without payment. Then with what right has Samsung kept our hard earned money? Who will compensate for the losses incurred

Kindly help me to get my refund. I will be Highly obliged if my problem get solved.
