I am manju joshi, unfortunately a consumer of samsung inverter ac. I bought this ac in june 2014 and then got 4 year extended warranty. This warranty also expired in 2019.
I want to tell you with great regret that this ac was defective from the very beginning. When the engineers came after the complaint, they used to give him the name of a normal service, but a part of it was changed within 1 year after my repeated implantation. Which makes it clear that the ac was malfunctioning from the beginning.
It is clear from the beginning that there was a flaw in it, but it was being deliberately ignored from company side. Due to which me and my family had to face trouble even after buying such an expensive ac. Even after that, the problem of cooling remained constant, but samsung guys kept giving it the name of general cleaning.
I bought this expensive samsung inverter ac based on the quality of samsung, but sadly there is no such thing as quality in this samsung product., due to the negative attitude of samsung company my family and i have to bear the brunt of buying such an expensive ac, which has become unbearable now
I have been requesting for an extended warranty to samsung call center continuously for the last 2 years but they are refusing because i am aware of samsung as well as samsung product is useless..
This time when i re-run it and its in it again the same cooling problem has come. Which is unbearable now.
Regarding this i sent mail on 8th may but till date i haven't got any cooperation from samsung.
Therefore, from this portal i requesting you to solve my problem firmly.
