Samsung — Samsung Inverter fridge gas leakage | ||
My dad was purchased samsung refrigerator (model no- RT39M5538UT/TL) on 27.03.2022 in Shilpa agency Ambala City. I got a cooling issue on my fridge and lodged a complaint to samsung service center via toll free number. On 30.07.2023 an engineer has arrived to our home using samsung customer portal details and he confirmed that my dad is an authentic samsung user and said that there is an internal leakage in the refrigerator. Your service engineer told me that Rs 2200 charged for filling the gas. This is my worst experience, never happened before with Samsung, within a year my new fridge is not cooling. I used to have a lot of faith in your Samsung products but no more. I have a lot of hope from your service that they will fix my fridge soon. In this heat, I have to drink normal water, even though I have a Samsung fridge. My refrigerator is not cooling for the last 7 days. Have talked to or emailed customer support several times. They return that I will have to pay money to get your gas filled. Internal problem occurred in 1 year and in new Samsung fridge. I told this problem to Samsung support many times and requested them to solve this problem, they revert as if nothing has been done without any money.
