Lost the bill of my samsung dual door fridge and its compressor is not working properly as told by the samsung engineer who was asigned to rectify the complaint registerd by me.. I had purchased the refrigerator from Samsung store in paschim vihar which ispermanently closed.. As its not possible for me to get the bill copy from them.. So it would be great help i[censored] can provide me the required details of refrigerator as required to get my compressor exchanged as it is under the warranty period..

    Bought a refrigerator in year end of 2022. Stopped working and couldn't be repaired after multiple attempts from service staff. Please proceed with immediate replacement as it is casuing my elderly parents extreme pain in this hot weather.

    Follow up: Samsung service has called but they are not replacing the product even after 3 failed attempts to repair. The technician keeps closing the request and refrigerator Fridge section is not cooling at all. I am not going leave this matter hanging and will be submitting an official court case against samsung if not action is taken from your side.

      This is to inform you regarding rat protection panel which is used in washing machine, and it's quality should be made up of plastic or steel one.

      The question is what's the involvement of Cardboard panel which can be easily broken with little bit of moment of anything like rat bite or maybe during washing when washing vibrates alot.

      So I don't understand the logic of having Cardboard panel in appliance category where it should be designed as plastic material or steel material especially body of the product.

      And in warranty, it is clearly mentioned that warranty does not cover under if any insect, cockroach or rat harm the device.

      So it's clearly Samsung strategy to sell washing machine items separately where it should be provided at once.

      It's like buying a smartphone without back panel at same price of market where market provides back panel, and online store like Samsung and Flipkart does not provide it, this is according to Samsung customer care named geetanjali when I called customer care for rat protection panel.

      She argued alot and doesn't even bother to give resolution. As per her information, she informed me about before buying a washing machine all necessary details are available on product page...

      So I'm raising a question again, if such information is available on Samsung website then why any customer don't able to see any information regarding rat protection panel,
      If such information is present then why they are not providing an option to pick between plastic panel or Cardboard panel.

      Moreover, geetanjali said you got what you have paid for, she literally told me that in rude manner, if you want better quality rat protection panel then you should have buy expensive washing machine.

      So according to her, Samsung will send items as per payment received from customer.

      What kind of behaviour is this first of all?
      Firstly she provided wrong or false information of availability of all information on Samsung website.
      Secondly she talked in a rude manner.
      Thirdly she informed me such model is not present on our website, whereas Flipkart Amazon selling a Samsung brand for very long time, that's quite strange. Atleast information of all Samsung appliances must be available on their website.
      Last but not the least, she deliberately said me that plastic panel will be available on payable basis through service centre.
      Where on other hand, installation guy informed me that rat protection panel is available in plastic as well as cardboard.

      I don't know the logic behind selling Cardboard rat protection panel where it involves water, electricity, or easily mis happening with a device by rat, which clearly sabotage the warranty.

      Geetanjali raised a complaint regarding this, today I've received a call from service centre of Samsung,
      He told all front devices comes with cardboard panel, then I asked a reason behing o[censored]sing cardboard panel over plastic,
      Firstly he said kindly talk to my senior, then later on deliberately disconnected my phone even though he called me through his phone.

      This is small concern to Samsung or Flipkart, but a big concern for customer, because he/she has paid large amount towards electric appliance, due to their small ignorance, it's the customer has to pay the price.

      So I would request you to raise my complaint against Samsung company who is providing wrong information, not claiming that such model is our product, and not providing plastic or steel rat protection panel which should be given at the time of delivery or installation.

      Flipkart has denied my request, further they told me to connect with Samsung company.

        S22 ultra Motherboard corrupted

        The phone is just 15 months old and while talking on a call the phone randomly, out of no where blanked out. The black screen was persistent even when we were trying to switch it on. When we immediately showed the problem to samsung service center, they said it is a motherboard issue, it is corrupted. Out of no where they told us this and the phone costs so much and as soon as the phone crosses it’s warranty period, this happens. Now that...

        Hi All

        I have been calling the Samsung toll free number since 10th June for ac repair request the service center/toll free team is not only not misbehaving with me nor picking up the ac as they suggested they need to pick up the outdoor to repair it in there service center

        I have already logged my complaint that service manager is misbehaving on phone and not providing and resolution

        I want to approach the consumer court as samsung service is pathetic, both toll-free and service centers are asking me to open up the parts and hand over the parts

        What nonsense is this ???

        Need Immediate grievance response on this harassment to approach the consumer court

              I ordered Samsung 1.5 ton air conditioner from Filpkart. After receiving and at Installation process, technician unboxed unit. And at that stage they found copper condendor pipe of 10mtr was missing from it. It is obviously not given by supplier, even it is clearly mentioned in content tag box.

                Hello, I am having to regret to buy Samsung AC for my parents, which I just bought about last month. In such short time there have been multiple issues due to bad installation etc.

                But now their is some problem where the AC turns off automatically and doesn;t cool the room for which I complained on 6th June, The engineers from Nangloi service center came on 8th June and said they will need some parts which will take some time to ship.

                Issue is handled by: Krishna Yadav
                Team lead handling my request: Prem
                These both are from Nangloi Service center and are not fit for helping me in my situation, they said that the parts will arrive in 3 days and told me to wait till 11 June. TODAY they are saying that parts MAY arrive by 15 June.

                I am really not happy with how things are working, I just know that my NEW AC is not able to serve my parents, and that is all because of Samsung TEAM.

                  Phone is getting freezed on Samsung Logo Screen, not able to get beyond that. After checking with the Authorized Service Centre, they are asking to replace the mother board @ Rs-6500 but I got it for Rs-15000 everyone queued up for the same issue for mother board replacement. But why do we have to bear this whooping amount when we purchased in a belied that it will sustain for long years. Im a Samsung Consumer back from 2007 until now I had Samsung C130, Samsung S4 Mini, Samsung M21 and I have Samsung M31 also. Here after I need to think about my purchase is that so?? Big fan Samsung AMOLED thats why purchased S4 Mini at first place. Everyone around me complains of the same issue so please take this complaint and modify /replace the mother board at a discounted price then its win win situation. And also the new replacement doesnt have a warranty or guarantee its just for 3 months then how can you expect us to spend this amount.So consider this scenario and make a replacement at a reasonable price.

                  Reached out to a representative named Satheesha @5.40 PM IST 14th June and conveyed my issue, but he confirmed that they are going to shift into a new location. So he can't provide job sheet/id and asked me to do it at a nearby service center. Again, I wasted my evening!! I called out and confirmed the availability though. 
                  Service Centre, confirm whether its getting moved??

                    On 25th May I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Amazon. It was completely fine but during the installation of the refrigerator the Samsung technician Subhash Lohar broke the moveable ice maker. I've contacted the Samsung product support and suddenly he's claiming that he didn't broke the ice maker but it was broken from earlier. It was an open box delivery so we thoroughly checked the product to be sure that there's no problem in the refrigerator. He's completely lying and refusing to give a new one or refund.

                      I recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Amazon. It was an open box delivery so we thoroughly checked for any damage or problem in the refrigerator.                               I have purchased a Samsung Fridge on[protected]. The fridge stopped working and was under warranty. We called the customer care and raised the issue on April, 2023. A person was sent to check the Fridge. We were then told we need to send the Fridge to the Samsung service station and it will take 2-3days approx to fix the problem. We sent the fridge at our own expense to Samsung Service Station on[protected]. Sadly there was no proper update on the fridge, 1 person called up and said the warranty will not cover the problem but we weren't informed what the problem actually was or any details for that matter and whether paying money for the repair could solve the issue. We were not informed prior that this will take time and we should look for an alternative. We weren't provided with any fixed date as when will the fridge be delivered back to us as well or if at all they could solve the problem. We called up customer care and we were told that as soon as they get a response from service station they will inform us but sadly there was no response till yesterday. Only ambiguous statements like 'as soon as possible we will get back to you', 'this will be treated with highest priority and the problem will be fixed soon'. Toder again after calling customer care we were told that they are checking the fridge and will let us know by tomorrow whether they could fix the problem or not. Which clearly implies they did not check the fridge before, it was only after the repeated ph calls that they took action. Also if they cannot fix the fridge then why did they ask to send it at their service station, we had to bear the transport cost which completely goes to waste if they cannot fix the problem. The issue was raised on April, fridge was sent on 23rd of May 2023 and today is 6th June, 2023.
                              I have got a Samsung washing machine as well, but after this harrassment I am far from buying another Samsung product. This is unprofessionalism at its best to keep the customers hanging like this. Highly Disappointed.

                                I had purchased Samsung refrigerator of 198ltr. Capacity from Flipkart on dated 02.10.2021. After using of 1.5 yr. The refrigerator is not cooling. So, I have complained to Samsung helpline on dated 18.05.2023 that; my refrigerator is not working/ not cooling and in connection to my repair request; Samsung Engineer visited & checked the refrigerator. After checking he asked that my refrigerator is not repairable as there is internal leakage. Hence, he asked me that the refrigerator will return to Samsung within 07 days after the feedback will sent to Samsung from Engineer and as per Samsung policy I will get by cutting some amount from the billing value. And the Engineer has given the feedback to Samsung on dated 26.05.2023. But from 26.05.2023 to till now I haven't received any solution from Samsung. I am regularly following up to Samsung. But the result seems 0 till now. As for the present season is Summer & in odisha the humidity is 92% nowadays. Hence the refrigerator is required must. But Samsung is not taking any action since 26.05.2023. Please look into this matter.

                                    I purchased Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G phone on 22nd Aug 2022 from a dealer in my town considering a good brand from Samsung.
                                    Month & year of manufacturing August 2022*

                                    Recently, I noticed an abnormal bend in my phone hence I reviewed about this issue on internet and I was astonished by the fact that this particular model has common issue of bending. (It’s apparent that it is a manufacturing defect and Samsung is aware of it, thereby Samsung selling this phone on a heavy discounted price.)

                                    I approached the nearest Samsung service centre and as expected they disappointed me by giving excuses that the bending issue is not covered in warranty and it is out of policy, they will change the display to resolve the issue and the charges will be on me which is around 15-16k.

                                    My phone is just 9 months old. I have never dropped it or it doesn’t have a single scratch on it.

                                    It is still under warranty and I am hoping for complete replacement of the product from Samsung as this is the manufacturing defect.

                                    No one could expect such ignorance towards the quality of product and customer satisfaction from a company like Samsung.

                                      We have bought the Samsung A.C. 1 ton two months back through Pai Electronics (Ashok Nagar, Near BHEL lingampally)
                                      The performance is completely low compared to first month (Even at 16 degrees)
