Complaint against Samsung Electronics under Awesome Twosome Offer

Respected Sir,

My name is Mr. Amit S. Gandage. I purchased SAMSUNG 713N monitor on Feb 2006 under "Awesome Twosome Offer" .Under Awesome Twosome offer if any consumer purchases a Samsung TFT LCD Monitor then he should get free printer. Despite of doing all the documentation work along with Demard Draft i still did not recieve the printer. Therefore i request you to look into this matter personally.

after sales service

I had purchased a samsung fully automatic washing machine from quilon radio service, trivandrum, kerala on 24/8/07 and the same has not been installed inspite of repeated reminders. Such is the condition of samsung after sales service... Better opt for some other company....

I purchased a TV from Samsung India (Order ID: [protected]) in the last week of May 2025, while I was visiting India for a one-month vacation.

Upon delivery, the TV was found to be damaged. The Samsung service team inspected it, collected the defective unit, and assured a replacement. However, the replacement was never delivered. Since I had to return to the U. S., I had no choice but to refuse the delivery attempt in my absence.

On July 17, 2025, I received an email from Samsung stating that a refund of ₹372, 991 was initiated and would reflect in 5–7 business days. Despite this and multiple follow-up emails, I have not received the refund to date.

I request immediate intervention and resolution.

    Samsung Microwave – Same Issue Again & Again, Worst Service Ever!

    I bought a Samsung Microwave Oven (Model: DE68-04244H) in 2024, and within just 1 year, I’ve had to raise more than 7 complaints. This product is full of problems — it's clearly defective and not reliable.

    A technician visited a few days ago and confirmed the issue is from Samsung's side. He said a specific part inside the microwave is faulty. What’s worse is that this exact same issue happened before, and they already changed that part once. But now, the same problem has come back again!

    Ongoing issues I’m facing:

    Sometimes the microwave doesn’t even turn on

    Sometimes the display stops working

    Sometimes it overheats

    Sometimes it makes unusual loud sounds

    This is not a small issue. It’s a clear sign of poor build quality and a serious defect.

    Now that Samsung knows the issue is on their side, they have completely stopped responding. They don’t answer my calls, and in many cases, they disconnect as soon as they see my number. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

    @Samsung @SamsungMicrowave @SamsungCustomerService – you have provided me with a faulty product and now you’re avoiding your own responsibility. What kind of service is this?

    I no longer want this product. I demand a replacement or full solution immediately.
    Until that happens, I’ll continue to warn others — ❌ Do NOT buy Samsung appliances. Same issues again and again, and worst customer support ever.

      Hi, I have purchased a Samsung TV, and now the sound clarity is having a problem. I have tried to contact customer support many times, but they always say they are coming today to troubleshoot the issues, but they never came. They are closing my complaint without even contacting us.

      I tried contacting the customer care online but that time there are no one to support and they arranged a call back when I'm not in home. Provided an alternative contact and asked them to contact to that number, still now we haven't received any support.
      I gave almost 50, 000 rupees for the TV but there is no support I got when it is having an issue

        I had purchased sumsung washing machine on 02 Aug 2022 and it was on warranty period upto 02 Aug 2025. I had lodged a service request on 30 Jun 2025 with reference number [protected] but despite several follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with the delay in service for my Samsung washing machine.

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior I experienced from a female staff member at your Samsung Experience Store, Palladium Ahmedabad, on 06 July 2025. I trust that Samsung will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. — 1. Incident Details

          Location: Samsung Experience Store – Palladium Ahmedabad

          While browsing the PC monitor section for a potential purchase, I approached the display area — where all monitors were powered on as live demos. A female staff member, whom I do not know by name, immediately confronted me and my brother, stating in a raised voice that “the area is prohibited” and that no one could enter that side.

          Despite there being no signage indicating any restriction, she:

          Judged us by our appearance and attire, accusing us of “just coming for time pass and fun.”

          Shouted continuously, even after I politely requested that she lower her voice and speak respectfully.

          Refused to provide her name or identification, and when asked, responded rudely, saying “Who the hell are you?” and using other derogatory words.

          Mocked our financial status and manners, implying that we were poor and ill-mannered.

          Other staff members attempted to intervene and advised her to stop, yet she continued to verbally abuse us. When I inquired about the store manager or owner, she claimed to be both, despite clearly being the only staff member present exhibiting this behavior. — 3. Evidence & Witnesses

          My family members (who were accompanying me)

          Other Samsung staff on duty, who witnessed her outburst and attempted to calm her down — 4. Desired Resolution

          1. Strict disciplinary action against the staff member in question.

          2. A formal apology from Samsung on behalf of the staff member for her rude, judgmental, and abusive behavior.

          3. Assurance that appropriate customer service training will be provided to prevent any recurrence. — I have been a loyal Samsung customer and have always appreciated the high standards of service your brand represents. Unfortunately, this incident has left me deeply disappointed. I kindly request acknowledgment of this complaint within seven days and a detailed outline of the steps you will take to resolve this issue.

            I own a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, and after a recent software update, a vertical line appeared on my screen and is increasing till the date. My phone was functioning perfectly before the update, and it is clear that the issue was caused by the update itself, not any physical damage.

            I visited a Samsung service center, where I was informed that I am ineligible for a free screen replacement because of minor physical damage on my device. However, the physical damage is unrelated to the screen issue, as the problem only started after the update.

            Since this is a defect caused by Samsung's software update, I believe I am entitled to a free screen replacement. If Samsung refuses to provide the replacement, I request an official written response stating the reason for this denial. Please provide this response via email at your earliest convenience.

            If I do not receive a written explanation, I will be forced to escalate this issue through the Consumer Court and other relevant authorities. I hope to resolve this matter amicably and look forward to your prompt response.

                I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with Samsung.

                After a software update pushed by Samsung, my Galaxy S21 (Model: SM-G991BZAGMEA) developed a green line on the display. This issue started immediately after the update—and clearly it's a software-induced hardware failure. I took it to the service center (Job No: [protected]) where the technician confirmed the defect and said the OCTA display needs replacement.

                But instead of owning up to their fault, Samsung had the audacity to say it’s “Out of Warranty” and demanded AED 740 from me to fix a problem THEY CAUSED. This is absolutely unethical and exploitative behavior from a brand that claims to care about customers.

                There are no signs of misuse on the device, and yet the report casually mentions "multiple scratches on sub-LCD" to probably shift the blame, even when the technician's own remarks show it's a clean device with only normal wear.

                How is it fair to charge loyal customers for your faulty update? This is not an isolated issue—many users have faced the green line problem after updates and Samsung is conveniently ignoring it.

                Samsung has clearly lost my trust. If you’re reading this and thinking of buying a Samsung phone—DON’T. This is how they treat you after a premium purchase.

                I demand a free screen replacement or I will escalate this to higher authorities, consumer forums, and expose this on every platform possible.

                      IssueFaced: Refrigerator does not have adequate cooling  leading to food spoilage since day 1.

                      Actions Taken
                      Since day 1 refrigerator has faced cooling issue, we informed Gopu Nandilath G-Mart about the complaint who asked us to raise service request with Samsung.
                      We raised service request number: [protected]-
                      Service engineer visited, saw the spoilt vegetables etc and left . He closed the ticket without informing us.
                      Next day we raised another service request [protected]-
                      Samsung engineer visited, attached  thermometers and took readings. He closed the ticket without informing us.
                      Next service request [protected].
                      Total 3 service engineers visited and took refrigerator temperature readings.
                      It sho...e refrigerator.
                      Technical Research:
                      1.In samsung website it is mentioned to set refrigerator temperature between 1to3 DegC. But in the readings taken the temperature measured were very far away from this setting.
                      2. As per FDA guidelines, the temperature inside refrigerator must be below 4 DEG C. in the readings taken by samsung engineers readings were between 3.2 to 11 DEG C. with only 1 reading below 4 DEG C which is a technical lapse.
                      4. Freezer does not seem to have a technical a technical issue.
                      4. Violation of  consumer Rights
                      Product is defective since day 1 and within warranty period.
                      Gopu NandilathG-mart / samsung refusing to replace unit violates consumer protectection act 2019.
                      I am entitled to a replacement unit, refund and or compensation for inconvenience caused.
                      5. Relief Saught
                      Replacement of the defective unit withdrew unit or refund.
                      Compensation for mental agony and inconvenience caused.

                        I have purchased the Samsung Book 4 i5 13th Gen laptop on 12th March 2025. But the product is came with the fingerprint smudges in the screen and scratches in the charger the delivery person has got the OTP and delivery the product with that. After received the product facing series battey drain issue which not even lasts 2 hours under light use. I Raised the return request and then I called flipkart executive and explained the overall issues that I have faced while delivery & Usage of the Product. He assured that will replace or refund the laptop amount but less than 3 hours he rejected the request which I raised without any proper reason. Now they are asking me to go to service center to repair or replace the product. The product is mentioned as new but it is a defective/refurbished product and it is actually cheating the customer. So kindly take a necessary action on this matter.

                          Machine dot repaired one month back complained to samsung they send a guy who was not from samsung was on contract basis he took money and spoilt the entire machine now complaint to samsung no action taken I am from Coimbatore Tamilnadu need the entire machine to replaced this Samsung fault and my machine is gone the entire machine is damaged because of that third-party guy who samsung sent need a resolution pradeep Ramanujam samsung front load

                            Ear Sir,

                            I, Rajeev Chauhan, this is my 2nd complaint against Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. for selling a defective refrigerator and refusing to replace or adequately resolve the issue despite repeated requests from last two month im following but no solution.

                            1. Issue Faced:
                            - The refrigerator produces an unusually loud boiling sound during operation for long time, decibel is above 50 which is beyond the normal operational sound. This issue started form Nov 2024 onwards, firstly i ignored but loud boiling sound increasing day by day.
                            - The noise is disruptive and indicates a manufacturing or mechanical defect.

                            - I contacted Samsung Customer Care on 22/12/2024 and registered a complaint Ref No:[protected]. Dealer MCS code DLR6900645 and Req No. [protected] | [protected]
                            - A technician visited on 24/12/2024 and acknowledged that need to replace PCB and Fan i said ok next day he came and replace PCB and Fan but load boiling sound is the same, then he said now tech team will come and visit for this issue, next day i came and remove PCB and place old one after this Samsung technical team stated that it is "normal" and refused to replace the product or refund. i told them if it's a normal load boiling or gargling sound so I don't want this refrigerator model please refund, I will buy some other model, this
                            sound is very irritating and it will continuedly on for 40 to 50 minutes and after a short time start again, but Samsung tech team said it ok, I asked if normal please share some household testimonials but Samsung said no they can not provide, but this is normal sound but its a loud boiling sound.
                            - Despite multiple follow-ups from Dec 2024 to till date 6/2/2025, Req ID [protected], Samsung has failed to resolve the issue or provide a satisfactory solution.

                            2. Violation of Consumer Rights:
                            - The product is defective and not functioning as per the Samsung standards.
                            - Samsung technical team refusal to replace or refund and not able to solve loud boiling sound.

                            Relief Sought:
                            - Replacement of the defective refrigerator with a new one or a full refund of the purchase amount.
                            - Mental agony loud boiling sound and inconvenience caused.

                              Dear sir/ madam,

                              I am complaining regarding a hrrasment i am facing due to Samsung India not accepting my purchase invoice for washing machine no. WA70A4022FSTL, from dealership M/S SS Enterprise, B Garden Road, Howrah-711103, ph: [protected].

                              Due to a clerical error on part of the dealership the date of purchase on the invoice attached here was wrong. The dealership overwrote on the bill and stamped it to verify the overwritten correct date. But Samsung India technicians, Mr. MD Shakil and Mr. Debashish Das refused to accept the invoice for warranty purpose.

                              The dealership is refusing to wrote a new invoice.

                              This is a clear harrasment of consumer for no fault of theirs. I am a 70 year old elderly woman libing by herself and it is not possible for me to deal with these issues everytime I need my machine repaired. A copy of the invoice is attached.

                              Therefore, my request is that kindly look into this matter and ask Samsung to accept the invoice for warranty purpose.

                                  I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent purchase of a Samsung washing machine from Croma. Despite the trust I had in both Samsung as a reputable brand and Croma as a reliable retailer, my experience has been unsatisfactory.
                                  Upon delivery, the washing machine was damaged. After reporting this, I received a replacement that unfortunately turned out to be faulty due to a non-functioning jet spray.

                                  On January 5th, 2025, a Samsung representative visited my home, verified the issue using diagnostic software, and confirmed the fault through multiple checks and video documentation. I was assured that the matter would be resolved within two days. However, the follow-up call indicated a need for further inspection, with plans to open the machine for repairs. I am concerned about the proposal to repair a brand-new machine instead of providing a complete replacement. I believe this resolution does not align with standard customer service expectations for a new purchase. I kindly request written confirmation regarding any actions to be taken

                                  Therefore, I urge Samsung and Croma to replace the defective washing machine promptly. I rely on your understanding and support in preventing further inconvenience.

                                    I own a Samsung S22 that was in perfect condition until a recent software update caused two pink lines to appear on the display. Despite filing multiple complaints through Samsung's online service helpline and visiting their service center, the issue remains unresolved. Both channels have failed to address the problem and are demanding an exorbitant fee of ₹11, 000 to replace the screen—a fault clearly caused by their software update. This is unacceptable, and I urge Samsung to take responsibility for this issue by providing a free screen replacement.
