[Resolved]  Samsung — samsung is cheating by not replacing the defective product with genuine part

Samsung is cheating me since last couple of months by killing my time and energy in useless talks and not replacing the defected part of my led tv which is under warranty period with the original and genuine part.
I had left with no other option but to get the help of consumer forum. Please help and support me.
Please find below the recent conversation i had with samsung but still not getting the positive reply.

Hello all,

I have received couple of emails from samsung co-ordinators (Service & representative teams) few days back where they have ensured that the new required part for the product (Led tv) complain no. [protected] and reference no. Provided by samsung in this regard is [protected] has been ordered (Refer to below email in loop) and confirmed that it will be received soon. After that, i have received call from mr. Pradeep suri (Customer relationship manager[protected] extn. -1564) who claims himself as the top authority of samsung and has mis - behaved with my father by talking in incorrect manner and then he called me that the process is under progress and will receive the product soon.
After couple of days again i got a call from mr. Pradeep again and he said that samsung has stopped the inventory for model of led tv which i had and he is forcing me to compromise by using the product of alternate basic model of different jack’s and too by doing some cutting on it to get it fit to my led tv panel. Even the engineer from samsung mr. Lakhvinder tried around 1 hour to fit the alternate panel in my led but unable to do so inspite of every effort he did.
To my surprise and shock i asked mr. Pradeep that how a company can stopped the inventory of a product in year 2013 though the product i am having is manufactured in year 2014. This guy is clearly misguiding the facts and things for what reason i have no idea as he is involved in some wrong deeds with samsung service center at kurukshetra. Also, mr. Pradeep used to change his statement on every call.
This is complete an illegal activities and unethical things are going in samsung and especially at mr. Pradeep end. As he used to call my father every time inspite of my no. And talk to him inappropriately and don’t contact me on the no. (Mentioned in my signature as well) provided to him and he is the only person in this planet earth who is not able to call me however, rest of the world can easily contact me on my provided no.
This is clearly a showcase of what samsung is actually do with their customers and how they cheat them.
Till now samsung has not felt ashamed of what they are doing and not even they offered me any compensation for all the pain they are giving inspite of the fact they act to be big brand.
It seems, samsung wants to test my patience since around last couple of months i have been facing all such nuisance and my legal warranty time has already lapsed because of all things wrong done with me and it seems i have to move further in legal actions soon against samsung and mr. Pradeep and service centre kurukshetra. Please give your views, should i wait or go ahead with exploring the reality of this fake brand to social media and legal firms?"

I am requesting again to look into the matter and provide me justice as common man is left with no other option than consumer forum.
