Samsung India is making a forced purchase of new TV by customers by not provding spare part to repair old TV
Samsung India is duping its customers
My 48 inches TV is not getting repaired because samsung doesnt hv the part available with them
Model Code: UA48J5100ARLXL.
It was having display problem. I lodged a complaint with samsung india on 21.12.2023. TL Mr Rahul took my complaint from Quaidgi, franchisee of Samsung India. I was told that Display needs to be replaced, when i asked for the amount of Display then I was told that it is for Rs 40300.
Mr Rahul gave a quotation on 22.12.2023 but which was not proper and provided me with the proper quotation only on 03.01.2024
I lodged service request [protected] on 23.01.2024 so as to replace the display screen.
On 24.01.2024 Mr Rahul called me and tnold me that display screen is not at all available so he cant get it replaced.
Now I am told that samsung is ready to buy it for JUST rs 6200
Why a ciustomer is to be penalised for faults and mismanagement of Samsung
Samsung is not able to provide me with the part
so where is my fault
and then samsung is rubbing salt by saying that they are ready to pay rs 6200 and take this TV back
why doesnt samsung replaces my TV with another TV
I am not at fault
Samsung is at fault
then why I wd pay
This is for sure that this treatment by samsung is very very bad in taste and what I can do is to say a big NO to any Samsung product henceforth Was this information helpful? |
