Samsung — Samsung Issue with refund coupon

I purchased Samsung S23 Ultra mobile offline.I got Motherboard issue so i submitted phone on 07th April 2023 but they told me that only solution is motherboard replaced. but i dont want to repair my mobile aftwer so many request after 15 days or harasment they provied me service refund coupon but many samsung store told me that they are not accepet my coupon and in chroma stores coupon shows invalid i already return my phone to service center. Worst experience with samsung. Now they are suggesting me yo buy another phone offline. Features are also not so good as compare to S23 Ultra.Please help me to get the solution ASAP.Coupon is also attached for your kind reference. already samsung harras me not recommend to anyone to buy any samsung product.
