      A defective product delivered and from day 2 the issue getting floated, and we started to report with the customer support team.

      They have visited nearly 5 time and took almost 30 to 20 photo and the issue, which has been reported. But still they are not able to accesses and even the guys, who come to our home are not technician trained as the central team is not happy with the guy who comes to our home.

      It is almost 24 days, still the technical team is taking the evidence of the defective, which are raised.

      The customer support is clearly a no go for a customer, who worry about the reliability of the product, I did have high hope but it is literally equal to what we buy in small shop.

      I have lot of Samsung but did not have any issue, but this one had a issue and shown the true face of the customer support and after sale of the product, which is literally no - no . I will soon move from all the Samsung product i have to other products

      Good Evening, As discussed on call today, it was communicated to me that the evidence, which was taken for a second time [ Samsung technician - xxxx], is not good as it was taken in a dark background as per customer requested . But to our knowledge, we asked him to take all possible ways, with light on and off for both video and photo. Hence we don't know why? you are saying again that you did not get proper evidence. It is a clear issue between your Samsung technical team. I don't know what more support to be provided by a customer for this, if it helps I can carry the TV to your office directly that the max as a customer i can do to get the TV inspected

      I did reach xxxxx, who took the proof. He clearly said he took all the possible ways and shared it with his management. So it is clear an internal issue within your team. So I cannot help out here. I suggest you come to the conference once they visit my home and ask them to send the video and picture directly to you from my home, once you are satisfied then, he can leave.This will clear the issue of gathering the evidence, then going in loops between your team and me, which will avoid, unnecessary wastage of our precious time in this.

      It is almost 40 days now, raised in all levels but the response are dead slow, as they think if they delay the customer will fed up and move ahead.

      Wow wat a great policy Samsung's have.

        After about 1 and 1/2 years o[censored]sing my Samsung S20+ 5G phone, , i wake up to see a green line on the screen, now there is 2, , searching online other users also reported lines on screen and apparently its after the Samsung update.

        I had called Samsung Customer Care and also went to their repair centre. They are asking me to change the display, the original costs about 15K, where the problem is from Samsungs side, ,

        I would kindly request Samsung to solve my problem

          I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy F41 mobile phone about 1.2 years back on nov 2020, since from 1 day my mobile phone started facing auto restarting issue but it resolved automatically, as the time passes this issue increases nd resolving time also increases. I tried trouble shooting steps from samsung care on call somehow it resolved but came back again after few days, i nver vistied service cntre as service cntr was 200km away from my home, now this phone completely switvh off md freezed on the logo,

          I visited Samsung Service Centre for reporting the issue and it has been informed to me that restarting issue in my mobile is due to the mother board fault and it requires replacement which cost approx. Rs 3600.

          Then I started researched on it and I came to know that this issue of mother board is not specifically facing by me, even every single user having this model is facing the similar issue. This can be witnessed on the community page of the Samsung website and other websites also where number of people had submitted their complaints regarding the same mother board issue. It clearly indicates that this is totally fault at the end of Samsung. Also, I noticed that this is the common problem occur in 3-4 samsung models.

          Thereafter, I wrote email to Samsung head office for issue, they asked me to submit mobile in the service centre for checking. After passing of week’s time, I didnt any call from samsung, my ohone is in the service cntre from 1week they dont have part they have to order the part whne my problm resolved told them to replace mother board Free of Cost (FOC) at the end of Samsung. In my case, all the internal components are working fine except mother board.

          Further just after the day I demanded FOC replacement from Samsung for fault at their end, This is unfair practice of samsung and cheating with the customers.

          I request Samsung to arrange FOC replacement of motherboard fault at the end of Samsung . Consider it as a manufacturing defect. Nd replace my motherboard free of cost.

            I have purchased the Samsung F41 mobile on October, 2020.

            They have been raising their issues in Twitter.
            Company hasn't even accepted this issue.
            Due to a faulty processor and a bug filled update, the phones are to be repaired.

                  I visited 3 times to the service centre for the same issue...(my tab battery is draining so fast).Everytime they makes excuses and return back the tab.

                  Once they registered the service request ([protected])and then on the very next day handed over my tab by saying it's good to go...
                  But when i used that for a single day..same problem...i again visited the centre and again they rejected to check for any hardware error...
                  Even they don't have manners how to treat an costumer at all...

                    Hello,

                    Samsung product is worst quality in India, I purchase 1.5 Split AC last year.
                    in 1 year, it is not cooling, and their support is very poor, they have very poor technology and support staff.
                    If someone going to buy Samsung product then think before and take feedback from others.
                    Not only AC, Refrigerator/ Washing machine also having very poor quality and life.

                      This is Manish Kumar Pal. Sir As per Company Engineer suggestion I have submitted my phone and repaired that. Now It creates the same problem as earlier. It gets switched off itself and gets hangs. This is Pathetic and worst condition for me. I think I'm cheated.Kindly Sir tell me in this situation what should I do.shall I go to consumer forum for rubbish service by the company.

                        I ordered 2 items on Samsung Shop app, and paid through paytm wallet. But the next day I saw that I was getting a better deal, so I cancelled my order, and cancelation request was approved the same day. But refund is not initiated till now, and customer care service is refusing to acknowledge my concern. Please help me get my refund and resolve this matter smoothly and as soon as possible.                           Hi i am customer of Samsung refrigerator and bought this one and half year back with 4 years extended warranty with Samsung. After one year of warranty the fridge gas leaked was identify and we called the service provider, and he did the work and again last month on March 23 there was some water leakage inside the fridge. Samsung representee came and checked and told us that we cannot fix as the fridge is defected piece and there is some problem in it which cannot be fixed and told me to give the fridge back and take the amount of 86% of the total invoice.
                          I have one questing to be asked to Samsung company why always customer is suffering the loss why can't Samsung give me replacement of same litre and my 3 years extended warranty added to replacement fridge.
                          I have all product of Samsung need the above things to be sorted out and want to speak to some senior person who have right to decide.
                          Hope we as customer don't want any defected piece from a branded company like Samsung.

                          no email has been send to us only telephonic conversation is been done by your customer executive name Sujan Sarkar and always he takes days to speak for the solution i wanted. There is one person called Victor Nadar mobile no 9867349852 he is also calling for coupon of 86% which company is giving which i don't agree as the solution is free replacement of same Litre fridge and with remaining extended warranty which i had purchase before to be added to new fridge.

                                I purchased a Ac on 4th March 2023, it is not working now for this I raised a complaint to Samsung regarding AC REPAIR ON 10/04/2023 COMPLAINT NO IS [protected] and the technician not visited my home but they closed my complaint mentioned the reason as iam not available but I am available in home and again I raised a complaint with compliant No is [protected] and this time they mentioned they are unable to contact daily iam receiving number of calls but I don't why they are not contacting.so please resolve my issue.

                                  A green line started to appear on my screen all of sudden after March 2023 software update. I went through Samsung members community and have seen too many s20 plus mobile users faced the same issue and it seems the lines are getting worse day by day. Most of those devices were just out of warranty period. Samsung though well aware of the fact that the issue was due to faulty software/hardware on S20 plus mobiles from their side haven't acknowledged publicly but instructed their service centers to replace faulty hardware for free only if their own set of rules are met though out of warranty. I submitted my mobile last week at a Samsung service center and they inspected my mobile and notified me that my device had couple of scratches/micro level dents on the frame and Samsung didn't approve for replacement of their faulty hardware on my mobile phone. The scratch/micro dent on the frame are entirely unrelated to green line on the screen and it is very unfair that Samsung didn't publicly acknowledged their mistake and making almost everyone like me to pay for the mistake they have done. I have appealed multiple times to the samsung customer care service asking them to escalate it to their higher level authorities and all those came up with same reason citing the scratches/dents that I have to pay more than INR 18000 for the defect they have introduced without any negotiation which is unfair. A flagship priced mobile phone bought for INR 50000 and above if doesn't even last for more than 2 years due to the fault introduced by the Manufacturer and the Manufacturer doesn't even hold the responsibility though aware of their mistake, then it is the matter to be brought before justice to make them treat their customers fair enough.

                                    Hello,

                                    we bought a samsung tv and screen is completely blured and stopped working. when i raised a complaint someone from samsung visited my home and said screen has to be replaced with a new one. When i called customer service today they tild it would take approx 10 days tondeliver and fix my issue.

                                    firstly a bearly used tv is stopped working and customer has to wait approx 10 days to get it fixed. cheap quality tv and worst experience and insuggest all never buy a tv from samsung

                                      I recently upgraded the Samsung S20+ Android software on 07th April and exactly after the upgrade i seen a green line on the left side of the phone. The phone has never been to subject to any fall, water leak etc.

                                      The phone was working fine till the upgrade. I would like to have a free replacement for the screen
