I bought above LED Smart TV in October 2019. However, in June 2021 the PCB suddenly blew and I had to replace it paying Rs 7159. Again in in February 2023 the PCB blew and I replaced it paying Rs 7475. The surprising part is that warranty for replaced PCB is only 3 Months!! I am a regular Samsung customer and have bought following TV's:

- the 1st one an LCD TV which I bought for Rs 80000
- the 2nd an LED TV which I bought for Rs 65000 - has 2 issues as follows:
a. Display problem where part of the screen was a darker shade
b. Distorted sound for which spent a substantial amount to rectify
- the 3rd one LED smart 43 inch TV which I bought for Rs 40000 and for which I have replaced the PCB twice already!!
The internal memory in this TV is hardly 1 GB because of which Prime Video and some other apps keep on buffering. There is no provision to clear the cache memory. Additional apps can also not be downloaded due to limited memory.

I am completely dejected with Samsung quality and will stop buying Samsung products. Chinese Mi TV at half the cost is giving much better service with no complaints and also has 6 GB internal memory due to which there is no buffering and a number of apps can be downloaded.

In view of the above, I request that Samsung give a free replacement of the TV so that my faith in Samsung is restored.

    We have installed an SPLIT INVERTER A.C in the hospital but We are facing problem with rectification of complain related with it’s PCB.

    There was some problem with SAMSUNG inverter A.C, Registered Complain 23.02.2023, your team visited on 24th Feb, found to have some problem with PCV

    of Outdoor unit, suggested replacement of PCB, quotation provided of 5000.

    We have approved that quotation on 25TH and placed order.

    After Enquiring from Service centre they have informed us that PCB will reach till 6TH March 2023, that is a prolong duration of replacement of A.C.

    We have never ever faced problem with replacement of PCB, this is first time with SAMSUNG.

    SAMSUNG is a well known BRAND but taking 8-9 days in replacement of PCB is a huge disappointment.

    Please do the needful.

      I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FOLD 3, IN NOVEMBER 2021, I FACED SOME PROBLEM IN INTERNAL DISPLAY, HOW EVER MY SET WAS IN GOOD CONDITION AND IN UNDER WARRANTY, I GAVE THAT HANDSET TO SERVICE CENTRE THE ADDRESS OF THE SERVICE CENTRE IS: Qdigi Services Limited, 1st Floor, Shop No. 18, Community, Phase – 1, New Delhi – 110020.

      6 months passed, I didn’t get my handset back, the Samsung executives are making a lot of excuses and are trying to convivence that the parts are going to come very soon, and the handset will hand over to you shortly.

      Mr. Ritesh Sharma, the Manager of the SERVICE CENTRE Company (DELHI), took my handset in Samsung care.

      Moreover Mr. Ritesh asked me to pay Rs 30, 000 Rupees on 26.11.2022, with new invoice generated in which my warranty expired and taking advantage, he sent me a new invoice copy on my WhatsApp.

      I already paid 30, 000.00 as an advance with the mindset that I will receive my handset soon, but he is trying to play games & trying to cheat me with wasting my time. The other docket he issued, where he mentioned that my handset is out of warranty.

      Now I need a new handset, I am not talking my old device, because I don’t know whether their executive had replaced the internal parts from the original set or not & my handset valuation goes down in last 6 months as I don't have my handset with me.

      I have the original invoice copy when I purchased the handset, I have the 1st invoice copy when I submitted the handset, I have the second invoice copy which they issued to me without my confirmation, I have the receipt of Rs 30, 000 which I paid them in November, 2022.

        I got call from Samsung service boy for AC servicing.He is the same guy who did first time my AC installation.He came to my home and told that some part is not working. He took away that part from my AC. I am calling him from past two weeks. He is not picking call. Many times I checked he is busy on some other call.When I checked from Samsung customer care he told we didn't raise and send any AC servicing to your home. I have phone number of that boy. Please help me.

          By a never before witnessed Inkompetentz is by a simple repair of my Acs so much damage caused, so that I stand there for 8 months with a broken device. Only through the intervention of the mechanics who came from the seller of Samsung devices in Puttaparthi, Naga Shanmuka Electronics the motherboard was destroyed. After months of waiting, I told them of an upcoming trip I had to make. Just one day before my departure, samsung technicians from Ananthapur came with the motherboard and installed it. They were surprised that the AC did not work, which was obvious since there was a defect before the motherboard was damaged. I asked them to repair the AC completely. Unfortunately, no one came back to finish the job. After my return and countless unanswered calls, my wife and I discovered that the motherboard had been removed from the AC without our presence. They must have somehow come onto our property in our absence to steal the motherboard since it was not yet paid for. When my wife went to Samsung Puttaparthi and told them that the motherboard was stolen, they only asked if she could prove it! Now the old and the new motherboard is gone although I wanted to repair the old one. The device was purchased on 14.03.2016 at 51600 Rupee in Puttaparthi.

          Today I was again in Puttaparthi to find someone to repair our Samsung AC. After all, the AC is still under a 10-year warranty. But they act as if I am asking for the construction of a highly complex skyscraper, when all it needs is a motherboard and a repair. They told us, probably because we are white, to buy a new AC. In other words, we should throw away the expensive 5 star AC we bought in 2016 for 51600 Rupee. The AC has always been kept very clean, the filter cleaned and the outer unit put in a net cage so that it looks like new. Unfortunately, the ignorance and arrogance in our case is no exception as you can easily see from the complaints. I'm going to keep writing complaints until someone from samsung gets off their butt and fixes the unit. Hey guys, it's not that I don't want to pay, the money is not the problem, it's just the incredible incompetence and ignorance.

            My galaxy s20 plus mobile phone suddenly has a green vertical line on the screen. There is not physical damage to the phone and it is completely intact. Initially it was one green line which did not bothered me much but not there are numerous. Having checked online multiple users have raised the very same issue. After paying such a hefty price tag for a premium product it is disheartening to face such ordeal. When I visited Samsung authorised service center they are charging 18000 for screen replacement which is too much.I hope Samsung India redress my grievance.

              I had purchased RT59R633ESL/TL/2021
              478 ltr refrigerator from Vijay sales on 3 rd july 2021. It stopped cooling within a year and technician told me that fan had stopped working which was repaired later on and now again the freezer has stopped working and technician informed me that it has gas leakage issue and another technician will visit tomorrow. First i would like to understand how can u expect a person to remain without the apppliance for such long duration as it is the secnd day since i compllained abd technician will be visiting on 3rd day. Secondly the quality of product made by such reliable brand. Within a year and a half there is gas leakage problem, previously I had lg refrigerator and it worked fine for 14 yrs and replaced it with Samsung as i wanted bigger refrigerator. Would not recommend anyone to go for Samsung

                1 green line appeared in between of my phone's screen. After 1 month approx it turned into white. I visited samsung care they said we know it's not your fault but we can't do anything on this but you had to pay 15k for screen replacement or wait for software update. It's been 3 months I am using my phone with this line. Have i paid 65000 for there premium phone for this line. Kindly help someone to get away from this line.

                  It is observed that Samsung is not providing regular Security Patch updates for old devices (M51 Model) as per frequency and as a result other Work devices are unaccessible due to security patch being outdated

                    I noticed dead pixels in my Samsung 55 inches LED TV and I reached out to Samsung to create a service request on Oct 31 2022, after repeated calls and follows, I finally got someone who came to my place to check the reported issue, they said it could be the dust inside the TV and they said they have to open it and clean it. They said they have to come another day as they did not have the proper tools. Then again after more than a week again, after repeated calls and follow-ups, they came and opened the TV cabinet and confirmed that it is a dead pixel, then again while fitting it back, I started noticing a long straight line on the TV display, which they caused while opening the cabinet.

                    Now on reporting this, I had to go through the process of multiple calls and follows up for Samsung Customer support to send me another engineer who they claimed to be the senior engineer, the process repeated again, and he went with no solution, third time again they send another engineer who called himself he senior engineer again. This time they finally accepted to replace the display and started the process, I had to wait and follow up again for several days until they finally come with the new display.
                    The new display has been changed finally, now guess what, the issue is not resolved, in the process of fixing the display they broke the back panel of the TV. I had to open another ticket for the same on Dec 29 2022.

                    Though the panel was broken by the service Engineer I had to go through the same old follow-ups and wait again, After more than a month the ticket was closed without my concern. On seeing the SMS about the ticket being closed, I called Samsung and raised another ticket on Feb 14, 2023, For which I had to go through multiple follow-ups again. Finally, On Feb 18 2023 they came back with a new panel to replace the broken one, and guess what, they had brought a totally different panel, which is not even the same model as my TV, Now they say that they have ordered for a new panel and will fix it when they receive it, and who knows when. I have been having issues with this TV and Samsung Customer Support for the past 4 months and my issue is not resolved yet. I would like to fine a legal complaint against Samsung and their service partner.

                      I had bought samsung galaxy tablet S7 FE worth Rs. 51, 000 on June 2022.After using it for 6 month, the device started to bend gradually due to heating issues. when i raised complaint and asked for replacement company is denying for the same though it is under one year warranty. Company denying by saying it is costumer misuse rather manufacturing defect .After a month company came up with resolution offering 25% discount on repairing cost And total reparing cost is 39, 999 Rs. As a middle class customer i simply can't bear a single penny of the repiaring cost. Either I want my device to replaced or repaired by free of cost .Otherwise i want refund of purchasing amount. As I have been in touch with your authorities since last one month, I am not getting positive resolution from VOC head Vandana Arora Mam and the team.
                      I am attaching all the mail copies that I have sent to your authourities from day one. I want replacement of my device or refund of purchasing amount within 7 days .Otherwise I am going to file a case against the company under Consumer Protection Act for cheating the customer as well as for mental harassment that I had to suffer since last one month.

                        The company gave a software update last year which led to crashing of the otherwise perfect phone with an MRP of Rs. 22999. Post the software update the phone started crashing and restarting every few seconds making the device useless. Even the retailers who provide exchange services have declined to accept this model.                         After a previous complain the company took no action and there is no response by their team and the refrigerator is still with service centre for more then 8 working days It took the refrigerator on 8th Feb 2023.

                          I have ordered mobile from samsung eshop on 2nd feb 2023. Expecting it on 20feb as per booking. They delivered mobile cover on 17feb. On 18th Feb they send an email saying mobile order will be delivered on 7th Mar delay of 17 days!! They are not cancelling order as they are saying its partially delivered. They are cheating by sending delay email post one day of delivering partial order. No cancellation no refund. Please take action on them.

                                  Very disappointed with my recent purchase from Samsung. I ordered a galaxy watch 5 pro-LTE but received a Bluetooth version.                                     I purchased a W/M Samsung WW70T4020CX1TL-(51000) from M/S Venu's Arcade, Wadakkanchery, Thrissur Kerala on 09th Dec 2022. The machine stopped working on Sunday, 12th Feb 2022. The service engineer came on the next day. after inspecting, he concluded that the cord wire has burnt and the fault was with the socket. The wiring in my house is new and the sockets are specially designed to meet the W/M, Refrigerator and Air Conditioners. I was told that the cord wire does not fall in the WARRANTY and I would be required to make payment. I made an advance payment of Rs. 500/- and the work would be completed within 2 days. On re enquiry I am told the work will be completed by 25th Feb 2023. The point I would like to raise :

                                    1. How did the service engineer conclude that the fault was with the socket/wiring rather than the product. The Electrician is of the view that the pins in the plug were loose.
                                    2. Why did the service engineer at the time of Installation did not find any fault in the socket.
                                    3. I was told that the bill is the guarantee card and will serve the purpose and WHY the company did not provide GUARANTEE CARD and why changing the goal post when the machine became unserviceable.
                                    4. Why I need to wait such long for repairing of my Machine under warranty.

                                      Hello I am from lucknow, India.i had purchased a samsung smart door lock in October 2022 model no.SHP-DP609.since the start the wifi module of the lock has not been working, that is it could not be detected by the lock itself.now the fingerprint detection in the lock allows me to lock the door but is not allowing me to unlock the door. I tried calling the samsung customer care number but I always got a reply that we have no dedicated service for the lock and that i should contact the local vendor who sold the lock. If there is any manufacturing defect then what will my vendor do? It's something that has to be diagnosed and corrected by the company isn't it?. That lock has been like a dead bolt on my door since 5 months almost now and now I am at my wits end.i can't buy a new lock because this one has already been installed on my door and I would have to change the door to be able to install a new lock..I bought the lock thinking it's a smasung product and having been attached with the brand since long.havih used a variety of your products I was surprised at the lack of any service for the product .now that your service people contacted me, the only solution they could come up with is to take the lock and get it repaired.i am ready for it to get repaired, but both i and my wife are doctors and are out of the house all day, once the lock has been removed from my door, how am i supposed to lock the house.the only thing the agent Mr.rakesh kumar could say on the phone was i understand but the company will not exchange the lock and you send it for repair.how can you give such an illogical answer repeatedly is beyond my understanding.probably he was reading from a scripted book?, because he had no answer to my question as to how should I handle the security of my house for which I had initially installed the lock for which i am now running around like a headless chicken searching for a single point of contact who can actually understand the first basic thing, that i was sold a defective lock in a sealed box, which quite simply points in the direction of a faulty manufacture, which means that if I am given a faulty product it should be replaced and then what ever repairing, experimentation or resale has to be done can be done by the company at their leisure.i am a consumer who has paid a hefty amount for money (which for me atleast is a hefty amount) and like any normal person i feel frustrated for having had to deal with a faulty product after spending so much money and after all the effort i had to put in to just be able to connect with you guys, being told that the solution is remove the lock and send it to us so we can repair sounds very very frustrating.i know I am being repetitive but till then do they expect me and my wife to take leave from our jobs and sleep on the porch day and night to guard our house? .i will be saddened to see if any person reading this mail has to see a day where they went to consult a doctor but realised the doctor was on leave because a company sold them a faulty lock and now they have to stay at home and stare at the door till the time the lock has been repaired and sent back to them .i am curious to know what your solution or reaction would be if you were in my situation.its very easy for your people to tell me that its a company policy, but i am surprised to see the inhumane attitude of such a reputed company towards the agony of the consumer.i normally am not the one who would write such long mails or make a fuss about policies or even disrespect anyone over any issue, but the way this issue has been handled has been very unprofessional and its out of mental agony that I had to go ahead with this. I shall await a logical response and a genuine solution from your end. kindly look into the matter and please take necessary action as it's been far too long now..
