I am not satisfied with the resolution provided .For the product worth of 40 to 50 k i am using it for 2 years only and later it will hve major repair which is costing 20k..This doesnt make any sense to spent more than 20k instead we can go for new one...As we come from the poor background we cannot afford to hve one new new tv or neither we can spend 20k for this...Considering a special case request to kindly provide a compensation on the same.As per my understanding we should be using the service for atleast 3 to 4 years irrespective of any usage without any major repairs .. however we see post using after 2 years we are finding a major issue which definately not acceptable and I am not going to afford this .please do the needfull before i move this to consumer court
as I do not hve any option rather moving to next level...Hope u support n encourage us to use some more product from samsung
