Samsung — Samsung M31 Motherboard issue

Hi Team,
I bought Samsung M31 in August 2020, till 4th oct 2023 it was working fine. on 5th oct 2023 software upgradation has happened from that time onwards my phone was started trouble, I visited Samsung service center, they diagnosis and told motherboard issue, that need to be replaced which costs around 7K, software causing the motherboard issue, please replace motherboard with free of cost.
