I am expecting answers for my below 3 queries highlighted in bold and red colour, kindly answer directly or forward to the right people and give me the answer
I spoke to the nearby service center, they said that the below issues(1, 2 and 3) are because of the Samsung Exynos processor which affected the Motherboard1. Samsung M31 sticking in logo issue2. Powered of automatically, even battery is having more than 50%3. Auto Restart
I gone through the below links they also saying the same, So, it is a manufacturing defect in M Series, so Samsung should be responsible, not the Customers or End Users

Please answer my 3 requests below :
1. If I purchased the Motherboard as you said by giving 6000+ rupees, I required Samsung provide lifetime warranty for that Motherboard If it failed again(Actually, even I no need to pay that 6000+ rupees, because the above links, witnessing it because of Samsung Exynos Processor)
2. If Samsung not ready to give the lifetime support for that Motherboard, better receive my Samsung M31 mobile and give me the cash, because in market, no one ready to buy the Samsung M series for secondhand
3. If Samsung not accepting neither point number 1 nor point number 2, better let me know the Samsung CEO contact details and I will face them in Consumer Court.
I already captured lot of links from Google and links from YouTube about the Samsung M series Motherboard issue because of Exynos processor
So, if I put a case against Samsung easily I can get fair judgement, Kindly help me
