've had my Samsung Galaxy M31s for 24 months. My phone has recently begun to freeze and then restart. This occurs so frequently that I can no longer use my phone properly. I checked some Samsung community forums and found the same problem posted by many other people there, and Samsung has yet to issue a statement on how they intend to resolve this issue. Because so many of their users are experiencing the same problem, they should investigate the matter.
It's already been 3 weeks and Samsung only asked me my email or phone number, which I provided almost instantly.
And even after nearly 4 weeks since then, I haven't hear anything from Samsung.
This is outrageous. Are you all taking us for granted?
I won't ever be buying another Samsung phone again and advice others the same. Was this information helpful? |
