Samsung — Samsung M31s MotherBoard issue due to company fault

I wish to file a complaint against Samsung regarding the motherboard issue with my Samsung M31s. After updating the mobile, the screen went black, and I was unable to see the UI. Despite this, the touch feature remained functional. I tried restarting and switching off the phone, which resulted in the appearance of the Samsung logo and name. However, the main UI screen remained black, and the phone restarted repeatedly. I attempted to wipe out all my data using the volume up and down buttons, but the issue persisted. I firmly believe that this problem was caused by the company's fault in the updated version of the phone.
I am writing to the Indian consumer protection organization to request a resolution to this matter. I strongly said I need a free replacement of the motherboard. not only my mobile lot of M series and F series got this problem please look into it
