Samsung — Samsung M31s - Restart, freezing and hanged in boot up screen and stuck there

I have purchased Samsung M31s on Oct 2020 from Amazon. I didn't face any issue till last month and all of a sudden mobile stuck at auto boot up screen, freezing and hanging frequently. Reached nearest samsung (authorized) service center, they have done factory reset and updated the software saying that it may work, with an assurance of 20%. If the problem not solved, advised to change the motherboard that will cost upto 8k to 9k along with 3months warranty, if the problem happens again after the warranty period, we again need to pay 8 to 9k to change the motherboard again. At samsung authorized center, they told that the problem due to software update and advised to change the motherboard. I bought the mobile for 17k before a year and to spend 8 to 9k after 1+ year is ridiculous, that too without any resolution and they are claiming that more customer has the same issue and the only solution is to change the motherboard.

The same has been happened to my cousin( Samsung M30s) last year 2021, now she has moved to Redmi which has good android and reliability and advised me to move for some other product. Samsung gonna lose majority of customer for unreliability (I am using Samsung mobile and laptop from 2008). This is really bad and samsung should look into this issue. Waiting for replacement from samsung side, I believe that we will get justice.

Complaint-Samsung M31s Reboot issue purchased in October 2020. Samsung service center advised to change the motherboard cost 8k. There is no damage. No clear response - customer care.

Kindly do the right thing by providing free of cost fix for this, as people respect/value Samsung company. Waiting for replacement/free of cost repair from Samsung end.
