[Resolved]  Samsung — Samsung M51 device screen issue

I bought samsung M51 in 2020 and recently since last 7 days suddenly phone is facing flickering issues. the screen has turned pale yellow and at night it turns green. I am unable to use my phone or view anything cus of these ugly colors on the screen. I have checked every settings and had factory reset my phone but the issue persists. I contacted customer service centre and they said its a damaged display but I came across youtube and twitter posts claiming its a samsung's glitch in recent updates. I am not the only customer facing this issue but there are millions o[censored]ser of M51 and other samsung devices facing similar issues and changing the display wasnt a solution for them. Samsung service centres are looting money without giving any response. I wrote my query before and got a response from Mr. Balram who wrote one mail and then never responded back. Samsung is just careless about customer service.
