I had bought a Samsung Galaxy M31s 2 years back on August 6th 2020 for my father.

The phone was in excellent condition and suddenly it restarted and got stuck on the logo page. Attaching pictures for your reference. On pressing the volume down button and power button at once, the phone is switching on, only to get back to the same screen again after a couple of minutes.

The service center people said the motherboard needs to be replaced which would cost around 7-8K. We have already invested 20K in the phone and asking us to pay another 7-8K because of faulty software/processor is simply unfair.

Please provide free/replacement of motherboard.

    Hi sir
    Iam using Samsung refrigerator single door which I got gift from my friends now it is not not working I have raised the service request for refrigerator.service person came and check the refrigerator and said he need the original bill for repair and relpace the compressor of refrigerator.i said him I don't have the bill for.he say it will cost for repair 8000 to 10000 without bill.but is in warranty purchased 2016 how can I give the amount.

      I visited the samsung service centre in Chandigarh to get my phone screen repaired and i was supposed to submit 2000 as advance for the payment of 4200 and they rejected 3 bills of 2000 saying that the machine will not accept it although the notes were in good condition when i questioned about the matter the engineer named sunny behaved rudely and ill treated me and disrespected the 2000 bill

        I have bought a Samsung M31s mobile phone on 23rd Aug 2020...It was all working well but as soon as i updated my software in April 2022 the phone stopped working as it was before...
        Phone started to hang and it got automatic switch off issues...
        For the same i contacted samsung service care and they said that there is a fault in motherboard and i have to change it and will have to pay for it...
        This is total nuisance that after samsung software update my phone's motherboard is corrupt and of no use...
        For the same i submitted my phone in Samsung care and i want a free repair of my phone or i claim for a brand new phone...
        I mail complaint to Samsung CEO regarding my problem they told me they will help me..
        I followed them as they told me they took more than 10 days and told that cost of mother board is around 8000 rupees and we can help you only 25% of it which i have to pay 6000 rupees still and this is only we can do..
        Why would I pay if fault came from samsung and not from me but they are dening to help me more ..
        Plz look at this matter and solve it as soon as possible..

        Its been more than 12 days but they are not even tried to help and made lot of excuses plz look at this matter because its really important for me...

          I purchased the phone 16 month back. But the touch screen is not working in the center part now. No rough usage or any damage from my side.

          Tried factory reset and issue is still same. This is clearly a manufacturing defect since the issue appears after 10-15months and needs to be rectified by Samsung.

              I purchased the phone 18 month back after seeing good reviews of Samsung M31s smartphone. But it stopped working suddenly now giving constant screen freezes and restarts. No rough usage or any damage from my side.

              Tried factory reset and issue is still same. I saw most of the M31s user is facing the same issue after 10-15months o[censored]se. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and needs to be rectified by Samsung. visited service center but they said most of the m series phone is facing the same issue and had to get the motherboard replaced with cost of more than Rs 7000.This is due to the manufacturing defect which we can't bear.
              you should take action on this.

                  I own a samsung s20 plus, while using it, out of nowhere green line appear on screen, I tried troubleshooting, nothing worked. So I started searching about this issue over internet and found thousands of customers having similar issue with this particular model. Samsung India should take responsibility of defect everyone is facing right now.

                    I have purchased samsung a22 5g phone and on the same day i have raised a complaint about camera defective and shown them the proof by taking so many pics but they are not admitting the mistakes in service centre although they said that you come here everytime we are not going to change it.. and at last this is my last hope to complain here

                      Hello Samsung,

                      Myself Akshai G Pillai, I have bought one of your refrigerator on December 2021 and now being regretted for purchasing the same from a reputed Brand Like You, From the Day 1 onwards the purchase i am running behind complaints of the product i have purchased.There were multiple complaints being raised from February 2022 on this product and for any of the complaints no proper solutions were provided none of the complaints were resolved.The last complaint being was raised on July 2022 because the refrigerator i am using is having rain inside, When the same complaint was raised earlier they changed the lower freezer door along with freezer door, but after the same replacement the water was forming inside and it was dripping inside the items being kept and completely the system has compromised its purpose Now we cant keep anything inside the refrigerator to keep it fresh if we keep something, the system meant for preserving it is completely spoiling it.i believe its completely better for the company to beg on roads rather than cheating customers by providing such products with manufacturing defects.
                      When the complaint was raised for last time Your service team i repeat your service team has said that sir please send a video of the issue persisting again and i have send the video to them and they said sir mostly a replacement wil be coming and please hold on for a week now its been more than 10-12 days and no information about anything was given to me, the same service request has been closed by your beloved service team.Everytime i call your customer care they say some senior wil give call back and he class on his terms and conditions and most times i wil be at work and not able to pick the call.if your customer care cant handle customers and solve the defects of your bloody product its better for you to shut short on ur refrigerators.Not only my product many people who have purchased the same has the same problem.

                      I am hereby attatching the proofs of calls, messages, voice messages of your service team saying abt replacement, etc for your reference and if you hold some kind of commitment towards the customer please look into it and do what is necessary for the customer.or else i wil try my level best to bring this issue infront of consumer court stating such a brand cheating their customers by providing a refrigerator which rains inside.Its better to stop this business i[censored] dnt knw how to solve the issue rather than cheating people with rainy refrigerator.

                      If you are planning to arrange any call back please make the call backs after connfirming time with me in mail because i am working in such shift which changes all of a sudden.so confirm the call timings and please tell your irresponsible executives to call on the prescribed timings .i dnt have time to make essay mails stating all your irresponsibility towards customers.

                      Today that is august 11 2022 they have added some beeding on the door now we are facing issue that the system is not at all cooling + its not closing properly + there is full water droplets dripping from inside.

                      Please look into issue as soon as possible and revert back with any feasible solution to the customer.
                      Please dont send a technicaly sounded technician is alloted blah blah and all and i am fed up with this.they never gonna solve the issue and they themselves said its mostly gonna get a replacement so please dont send samsung engineers to solve the issue where they themselves are not able to find out what actually the issue really is .

                        I bought a galaxy a50s, but after some day uses it restart automatically, in 2 3 months, i get to a service center and they told me to change the motherboard of cost 11k. this is not fair @samsung, it is like a cheating with customer, commpany should take action on this and replace all of motherboard of customer who have problem without any cost .

                          Complaint no. [protected] dtd 12/12/2021. Attended by Peddina Malleswera Rao on 13/12/2021. But the problem was not resolved even though he has collected RS3, 500/-for service. He has not shared with me any receipt saying will get it online. Later on somebody telephoned for a follow up and came to know that the problem could not be solved But there is no one turned up. The problem of water accumulation is still there and now a new complaint was raised by me ie., [protected] dtd 10/08/2022. The Technician wanted to replace a part which is costing Rs3500/- without even checking the equipment. Please do needful so that the fridge is usable.

                              Purchased a Samsung phone(Galaxy F41) in oct. 2020.
                              Since last 4-5 months, immediately after the warranty period was over, I started facing issues of getting "switched off" on it's own "now and then".

                              Initially I thought that there might be some power issue because of which it is getting switched off on its own now and then. But 2 days back, it stopped working all together and got "DEAD". Went to the mobile shop and came to know that the "IC" of the phone is faulty and will be replaced which will cost around 6500/- plus service charges plus GST. Also came to know that this problem is very common in most of the "F-series" Galaxy phones from Samsung.

                              What I want?
                              I want the replacement for the same and that too free of cost.

                              Really couldn't expect this from Samsung India

                                Bad quality phones s22 ultra, motherboard corrupted in 5 months without heavy use

                                I bought a Premium phone from Samsung and within 5 months it's motherboard, and charging board is corrupted ( wifi stoped working after an update and services center informed it whole system is at fault seems like its a manufacturing defect)
                                If this is the quality of Samsung Premium Product then I don't know how your other products are.
                                I requested for a replacement which am told is not your policy, but I requested an exception...

                                If this is the quality of Samsung Premium Product then I don't know how your other products are.
                                I requested for a replacement which am told is not your policy, but I requested an exception as I see that you have sold me a defective product, Because if it's not a defective Product then this is much bigger problem as Samsung Rs 100k + product cant survive 5 months. So that means customer is bound to spend more money to repair it or let go of a product in 5 months.
                                Please I am requesting help because i dont know where to go now, I have lost all interest in this phone if it's not replaced then suggest me something that would give me some satisfaction towards the hard earn money i have given you. It might be nothing for you but it was my few months salary.
                                Please help, right now I feel cheated and robbed.

                                  I purchased 2 mobile M31 and M31S from Amazon in the month of Oct 2020.
                                  M31 had an issue on 3 Aug which got repaired after paying Rs 4600. M31S had a display issue on 8 Aug where the screen got completely black after displaying Samsung and the model name. Both issues come within 15 days after mobile updation

                                  Today I visit the service center and they told to replace the motherboard at 8K cost.

                                  There was 8-9 person having the same issue and the center told them to replace the motherboard.

                                  You can check last week's data where you will get a similar complaint from the customer side

                                  Phone not getting liquid damage / Cracks / Broken it is updation issue so request you please help to get it repaired without any charges.

                                    I've had my Samsung Galaxy M31s for 23 months. My phone has recently begun to freeze and then restart. This occurs so frequently that I can no longer use my phone properly. I checked some Samsung community forums and found the same problem posted by many other people there, and Samsung has yet to issue a statement on how they intend to resolve this issue. Because so many of their users are experiencing the same problem, they should investigate the matter.

                                      Hello Sir.

                                      Hope you are doing good and thank you for taking out time to read this in your schedule,
                                      I am Vishal Verma, use to be a loyal Samsung consumer from Galaxy Note 9 to current galaxy S22 Ultra I have bought them all and used happily.
                                      But the recent experience with Samsung has left bitter experience to say the least.
                                      I had ordered galaxy s22 ultra and galaxy watch from Samsung portal of which s22 ultra got delivered and the watch was not, it was supposed to be a birthday gift for my fiance and it did not reach her on birthday.
                                      To add salt to the wound it''s been more than 17 days since I raised complaint and no has cared to give me a tentative timelines despite following up twice daily on Samsung support on WhatsApp and call.
                                      It leaves me with utter disappointing experience how can Samsung treat it''s prime customer who buy it''s flagships product after spending their hard earned money.
                                      I''m afraid if I will be able to trust Samsung again with my purchases for someone special.

                                      Request if you could please kindly let me know when the watch will be delivered tentatively and no false assurance "Our team is working on it" (This is the response i have been getting daily, no has bothered to call and inform me anything)
