I have samsung flip 4 in which i got a display issue all black out thtsy i visited my nearest service center authorized by samsung india which is lappy computer waidhan service center told that we need to change your display you have to pay approx 15000 rs and 18 percent gst with that and it will take approx 7 days to repair i submitted my phone in service center on 30 december 2024 they told youwill get your phone back on 6th ofjan 2025 i aggreed everything after 7 days i did a phone call to service center theyy informed that we cant repair your phone you need topay 24000 for repair so i did a phone call to samsung customer care nd reported everything what i happening with me and they told me that you dont have to pay extra amount for any thing its our fault that we re changing the estimate they registered a complaint and told that you will get your phone withing 3 days for the same estimate which is 15k and gst after 3 days they told you will get within a week we re sending your phone to head service center so i aggreed again after one week they told youhave to wait for 10 days more again i aggreed after 12 days they told you have to wait for one week more i aggreed again after 1 week they told you have to wait for 1 week more again i waited again they want 1 more week again i waited then after they want three days which i gave more after days means today they want one more week whichh is nott acceptable for me they are making me fool please help me plssss
