Company Call centre / service centre and dealer are refusing to replace a defective mobile handset even after repeated visit for a single continous persisted problem of charging, just everytime forced to take delivery with some minor repair, now they came up with excuse warranty period over. it is worthwhile to be note we have just 2 day before got repaired the handset for same problem and on eve of expiry of warranty we lodged again complain for charging problem wide mail as in night service centre closes and very next mornng we submitted handset at service centre.
Please help in replacement of defective phone with extended warranty, because every visit cost money for travelling expenses and time for full day at service centre and hamper study of my daghter who currently using that phone for online study.
