Pushed/automatics Software updation caused my mobile (samsung S10) hanged and IMEI number wiped out and SIM is not recognizing.
To complain about this, I called service contact number from my BSNL Mobile number and unable to reach their number. It seems some issue to connect service contact center
Please can you call me on mobile [protected] to discuss troubles caused by such unacceptable (IMEI number wiped out and SIM is not registering or recognizing in network). This has caused big inconvenience, financial loss and above all I lost trust in Samsung mobile phone quality/compliance of their components (may be incompatable boards in handset) Was this information helpful? |
