Customer A/c Id No: [protected] Hi, Regret, Today I have re-visited to your service centre again as per your suggestion, they have addressed the issue & replaced the mother board of hand set as a final solution to resolve this issue, But still I am facing the same connectivity issue & lot many callers are complaining that my device is out of reach as earlier when they call. Now that everything is tried and tested & we have come to a conclusion that handset is defective & started troubling right from 5th month of its purchase, would seek help to resolve this at earliest.
