[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung Not Shipping Order | |
I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ on 16th June, 2021 and my delivery was scheduled for 22 June. Order number - [protected] However, according to mail I received on inquiring about this I came to know that it has been packed and ready to be shipped. Also I am receiving the same status from LEVEL 1 CUSTOMER SERVICE that it is packed and ready to be shipped since the last 4 days. If it is really packed and ready to be shipped, Why is the shipping being delayed? It is to be delivered tomorrow but is not even shipped as of now and everyday I receive the status as packed and ready to be shipped and AWB number[protected] for tracking without shipping the product. Please look into the matter and either ship it or let me at least know the reason for the delay and by when I should really expect it to ship. Was this information helpful? | |
