I bought a samsung note 20 on 21st sep, 2020 with 2 year complete protection plan but i was not satisfied with the product any time after my purchase. I need to repair my device 4 times during this period and in last 3 months I'm irritated by the Samsung and their senior assured me every time that i have faced no problem in future but all the time same problem happens or new problem occurs.
I have all the proof of mail and the picture of problem occur in the phone.
Now in the end I received call from the Mr. Pardeep suri who is VOC, that i was not allowed to use multitasking in the 70000 rs phone otherwise the problem remains same. Was this information helpful? |
