My mom has purchased samsung refrigerator (model no- RT28M3954R3/HL) on 10.10.2018 in soorya agencies coimbatore Tamilnadu. I got cooling issue on my fridge and lodged a complaint to samsung service center via toll free number. On 23..07.22 an engineer has arrived to our home using samsung customer portal details and he confirms that my mom is an authentic samsung user and said gas to be refilled. Today another service engineer has arrived and said that there is an internal leakage in refrigerator. Unit has to be taken to service center and the engineer asks for purchase bill. Samsung service centers has already confirmed all the details. Product is Samsung it's in the name of my mom. I don't know why they are refusing to resolve the issue permanently? I have asked my dealer to give a duplicate bill Or invoice.

Product is Samsung obviously and they have confirmed we are the end user. But why they are refusing to bring back life to their own product. As an Engineer myself, I don't know why there is a gap.
