I have raised a service request (# [protected]) on 2nd-April. And till today, which is almost a month, this has not been resolved. This is the 3rd time in a year my ice dispenser is having issues. Ice is getting formed but not getting dispensed. It is a failure product and technicians don't have the right skills to fix this issue. If you can't fix it, exchange it or refund my money. This is like cheating customers.
The first time the technician visited and said the part had to be replaced. This part got ordered but when he visited again to replace it, it seems they have ordered the wrong part or the wrong refrigerator model. Again, the part got ordered and since then I have been getting 100s of calls from the service center that technician will visit today but no one has visited yet.
I have been getting the calls from the customer service that the technician will be visiting but they don't turn up. Sometimes they don't know the problem itself for which they are visiting for repair. In multiple cases one was talking about AC, other were mentioning refrigerator coolant filling..et all.
This is how the USELESS PATHETIC SERVICE you guys are providing. I have really taken the wrong decision for having Samsung products. Its is so frustrating to see such kind of dumb persons in support and service team.
I am also a Samsung Employee and am sure that I will not refer my family and friends to have any Samsung products.
