[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung refrigerator under warranty | |||
Dear sir, I had bought Samsung refrigerator in November 2020 which is under warranty, when I complained to Samsung india customer care no they came with the solution that this refrigerator is non repairable and that they will provide me with the voucher of the same value for which is shown in the bill, I had asked them to replace the product with similar product or provide me the voucher of the same value at which the product is available in market which is approx rs 8000 higher .
